Welcome to Anchor of My Sol! This beautiful 4 bed/3.5 bath home is located in the gated community Villages of Crystal Beach, just a short walk to the beach.
ACCOMMODATIONS
As you enter the home, you are welcomed into a spacious living with a 65inch Smart TV that opens up to the kitchen and dining space. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The eating space has a large table for 6 and additional seating at the bar for 6. Just off the kitchen is the Master Suite with a large king-size bed and 32inch Smart TV. There is a private bath with a stand-up shower and a separate garden tub.
As you up to the top of the stairs, you are greeted into a lounging space with a sofa couch and 42inch Roku TV. As you ease your way down the hall, there is the first Guest bedroom with queen size bed and 32inch Smart TV. Next is the guest bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo. The laundry closet with a full-size front-load washer and dryer just across the hall. Just down to the end of the hall is two additional l bedrooms. To the right is a kids' bunkroom with two twin bunks and 32inch Smart TV. To the left is an additional master suite with a king-size bed, 32inch Smart TV, and a private bath with a single vanity and stand-up shower.
DINING & SHOPPING
This home is conveniently located near numerous shopping centers, including Destin Commons Shopping Center and Silver Sands Shopping centers. Numerous restaurants like Pompano Joe's, Crab Trap, and Camille's are nearby or jump in the car for a short drive to Destin's Harborwalk Village.
OTHER AMENITIES & OUTDOOR
The Villages of Crystal Beach have one of Destin's prettiest and most serene swimming pools. There is a large lagoon-style swimming and soaking spa.
The beach is just a quick walk to the Pompano Beach Access.
PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Trailers, boats, motorhomes, or RVs are not allowed.
NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Starter set (1 or 2 days worth) of TP, Paper Towel, Garbage Bags, Kitchen/Bath Soaps, Facial Tissues, Bath Towels, Small Shampoo/Conditioner, and laundry/dishwasher pods, filtered coffee pods.
