I had good overall communication with SkyRun, receiving regular texts and emails. The living room is a nice size and the kitchen was well equipped. Having a washer and dryer in the condo is definitely a plus. The only recommendations I have is another chair and side table in the living room and a darker curtain to block out the entrance lights from the bedroom. Also, the shower needs a shelf for shampoo, etc., and the sliding door by the washer/dryer should be removed since it is ineffective and blocks the shelving. The light switches took some figuring out...kitchen island switch is hidden beside the refrigerator and bedroom switch is by the front door. Would be nice to have some instructions for setting touchscreen thermostat too. Overall, this is a nicely equipped, comfortable condo that is very conveniently located and more than adequate indoor living area and outdoor space. I would stay here again. Directions for private beach access and pools was confusing but after some digging and asking around we figured it out. No beach towels so make sure to bring your own or be prepared to purchase upon arrival. Overall great place to stay and very walkable to lots of great food and views! Highly recommend The Perfect Pig for dinner and Shelbys for drinks. Take a trip over to Rosemary Beach if you have time and check out Pescado and/or Gallions! Both pricey but well worth it. Door to toes in the sand is a 2 minute walk. Mama Tried has a spacious balcony and is located above really cute beach shops, restaurants and a beach and SUP Board rental shop. It was a great location near shop, restaurants, and the beach access. The beach access was very close and the highlight of the stay. However, we had hard troubles locating the rental and finding our unit. I would make sure before you have to check in that the rental service provided a unit # in advance so there is no confusion. Our rental place was called Mama Tried and a unit number was nearly impossible to locate once booking. With that all being said, we definitely would book again for another quick trip. You dont have to get in your car for a thing if you dont want to. We walked to Shunk Gulley for live music Friday night, breakfast at The Perfect Pig, grabbed a coffee at the coffee shop, lunch at Shelbys and an amazing dinner at Vue on 30a Saturday night. Cute shops near by too. There is a convenient store in the complex if you forget anything. Perfect little get away for me and the hubby (although we could have comfortably brought our kids along too). Info to know-has a small coffee maker (traditional style). The best part about this place is that you can literally walk down the stairs to get a coffee, have a sit down meal, beach service that doesn't require you to lift a finger, rent bikes/boards, go on a walk on scenic 30A.
