Camp Creek Cottage is located along the water's edge of Camp Creek Lake, just off the scenic Highway 30A. This home boosts 4 bedrooms/3 full and 1 half bath with 1,932 sq ft of living space. There are multi-level decks conveniently nestled in the trees to provide shade and an afternoon breeze after a long day at the beach. The home's main level provides an open floor plan with a beautifully designed kitchen with upgraded appliances, including a double oven, microwave, large refrigerator, mixer, food processor, and all the utensils needed to enjoy that delicious seafood feast! The dining table has plenty of seating for 6 with 2 additional leaves to expand to 10. Just across from the dining table is a cozy living room with a pull-out Queen Sofa Sleeper that is perfect for that morning coffee or a comfortable place to nestle down and read a book. The main floor also includes a half bath shared with the laundry room and a high-efficiency front-load washer and dryer. The master suite is just to the left of the living space and includes a queen-size bed, flat panel tv, and private bath with a stand up shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. As you head to the third floor, you will find two additional bedrooms and one full bath, including a shower/tub combo. The bedroom to the left has a cozy king-size bed, while the bedroom to the right has a queen-size bed with a private balcony. The fourth bedroom is on the bottom floor and has a private entrance, including a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. It has a queen-size bed, flat-panel TV, and a mini-frig for those late-night snacks. As you head out to the lower level deck, there is a large gas grill to handle all your BBQ needs and a small Paint/Yoga studio. Continue down the path to the private dock to soak in the views of the lake or the magnificent sunsets that the Emerald Coast has to offer!
COMMUNITY, DINING & BEACH
Camp Creek Cottage is conveniently located just 0.6 miles from The Hub that includes several dining options like Macho Taco, Local Smoke, Hooked, Blue Crawfish Company, and many more! Or head towards Rosemary Beach for breakfast at Big Bad Breakfast or donuts for the kiddos at the ever-famous Donut Hole. After breakfast, head out to the many miles of biking and walking trails along the Scenic Hwy 30A, grab one of the paddleboards, and head out through Camp Creek Lake and the Gulf of Mexico. After working up a good sweat, it's time to sit back and relax on the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast located just a short 1/2 mile drive down the road at Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access.

Camp Creek Cottage has ample parking for 6 vehicles, with one covered spot available. The garage is not available at this time.

Camp Creek Cottage is located at 130 Camp Creek Rd N, Inlet Beach, FL 32461, and is less than a one-hour drive from two commercial airports (24 miles to ECP, 46 miles to VPS), 14 miles to Pier Park in Panama City, and 29 miles from Destin Commons.
